Job Roles & Responsibilities

• This is a technical cum customer support role.
• The executive will have to show patience while handling clients.
• The person must be quick in resolving the technical queries.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction during the call is the top most responsibility.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory for this role.
• Graduation is compulsory.
• Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts.
• Candidates with poor stability in previous jobs will not be preferred.
• Candidates with matured behaviour and patience will be only taken.
• Freshers can apply.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Benefits

• A salary of upto 5 lakhs per anum will be offered.
