Receive inbound calls from clients and resolve their queries.
The executives will have to respond to clients in a professional manner.
Training will be provided.
Candidates should be fluent in English and Hindi.
Candidates should guide clients for taking trades.
It is purely customer support process and not a sales role.

The shift will be for 9 hours, in which 1 hour break will be permitted. The shift can be anytime between 8 am to 10 pm.
