The information shared by the Member is used to display the Member’s resume / job / services via the listings, catalogs, website etc. with the sole purpose of creating an online profile to assist in finding a suitable job / candidate.

Based on the Member’s site usage statistics, trends and requirements, Careercollar.in serves the Members with requisite free services, advertisements and Member experience through its website, customised mailers and general newsletters. The Member’s information is displayed at Careercollar.in which allows the interested Members to reach out with their through email, phone calls, SMS or Whatsapp which may or may not be particularly matched to the Member’s interest and requirements since Careercollar.in doesn’t exercise any control over its Members for sending enquiries to the listed members.

We record browsing, search, posting, applicants, application activities of our Members including but not limited to their contact details and profiles to use the same to provide value-added services to our Members.

Information Distribution

Careercollar.in makes a constant endeavour to improve the online platform and make it more efficient, relevant, innovative and in sync with the current trends and technologies. Careercollar.in may from time to time send mails or make feedback calls to its Members regarding its products and services which may be obtained from the automated tools based on Member preference, activity etc. Careercollar.in may shoot direct mails using its own scripts (without disclosing the email address) with respect/pertaining to the products and services of third parties that it feels may be of interest to the Member or if the Member has shown interest in your profile by way of our paid contact services.

Only Careercollar.in, its registered members or its employees working under confidentiality agreements will send these direct mailers. Relevancy of the contacts made between Members would depend upon the information sought & given by various Members.

Information Sharing

Careercollar.in doesn’t disclose or share any of the Member’s personally identifiable information unless under special circumstances or if already permitted by the Member or if requested by a government or law enforcement body or as permitted in terms of this Privacy Policy.

To avoid extraction by email extractors, Careercollar.in does not display the Member’s email addresses though the same may be shared by the Members themselves or be available on the Member’s own website or job postings.

Careercollar.in may also disclose the Member’s identity and contact information in special cases to cooperate fully with governmental authorities, law enforcement body, private investigators and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing.

Furthermore, Careercollar.in may disclose information as a result of a subpoena or other legal action or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the rights or property of Careercollar.in or its Members or if deemed necessary for the maintenance, upgradation, servicing or improvement of the services extended at Careercollar.in. Update Information

A Member may edit his/her account information and profile by logging into his My Folder at Careercollar.in and the changes would be displayed with the completion of necessary verifications.

A Member account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so will result in the Member not being able to access any of the services. Residual information will remain within our archive records.

Information Protection

At no point does Careercollar.in be involved in any sale of data in bulk or otherwise to any third party wherein it can be misused for telemarketing / telesales / email marketing etc. In addition, Careercollar.in does not sell any Member’s personal information until and unless it is permitted by the Member.
