Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Candidates with good consultative skills are preferred.
• The executive should help and support clients in choosing the right products.
• The executive should be smart enough in cross-selling if required.
• The executive must guide the clients in the entire process right from product, payments to delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate must have good knowledge of e-commerce industry.
• A candidate who is updated on a specific product/category will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of understanding the client’s requirement.
• Candidate should be street smart in generating more revenue during the call.

Job Benefits

• A take home salary of upto Rs. 23,000/- per month with additional incentives.
• 6 days working and 1 day rotational off.
• Candidate should be flexible in working for rotational day shifts.
