• Handle customer queries related to banking and providing support through calls.
• Respond to customer concerns accurately without any errors.
• Maintaining confidentiality of the banking transactions.
• Cross-verifying the details of the clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Candidate should have basic understanding of banking products.
• Candidate should be good in English and one regional language.
• Candidates who are fast in calculations will be preferred.
• Need immediate joiners.
